If payment is not left at the time of service, you will have 15 days to pay your invoice. Payments not received within 15 days of service are subject to a monthly service charge of ten percent.  If payment is 60 days past due, we will take legal action to recover all monies including applicable attorney’s fees and court costs. >$25 fee will be charged for any returned check. >Please provide at least 48 hours notice on any changes or cancellations of service. >Refunds are not available under any circumstances. Only credits towards future visits. >Towels, disinfectant spray, paper towels, rug cleaners, litter, and baggies to dispose of solids are to be supplied by the client.
